What repeat exposures are you having? What was the original exposure? Are you a long-term IV drug user or undergoing chemo?

If you had condomless intercourse with the stranger and tested correctly outside the window period, the result is reliable, meaning you did not acquire HIV from the encounter with the stranger.

However, it doesn't mean you are HIV-negative if you have had ongoing exposures.

I have tested over 30 times with 4thgen self sample/NHS test/multiple bloods rapid

Excessive and unneeded.

Test at six weeks post-exposure with a blood-draw (lab) HIV antibody test. The result at this time will rarely change, and retesting at three months generally isn't needed. If you are using a rapid test, test at three months.

Reading your posts, it seems you already know this, but I'll still mention the same thing whenever anyone mentions being in a relationship;

If you engage in condomless sex with your partner, you are obviously at risk of acquiring HIV. In relationships, condomless sex is often based on trust or past test results; however, this does not prevent HIV, so if condomless sex does occur, you should consider testing more frequently. (However, this does not mean 30 times a year)

Here's what you need to know to reduce your HIV risks:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier-acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms; testing is the only way to know.

Kind regards

Jim

Thanks for the answer and sorry for the late reply I was just curious that if I acquired a hiv infection form the incident 13 months ago and passed it to my partner could repeated exposures extend the period for antibody production or would the December exposure have been picked up by now in your honest opinion and thanks again

You're welcome.

You did not aquire HIV 13 months ago, and the window period over that exposure isn't extended because you had sex with your partner, however, we can't say you are HIV negative as you could have acquired HIV afterwards from the ongoing potential HIV exposures you have had from your partner.

Consider using condoms and PrEP to reduce your HIV risks.

Also, there is no point in repeating a question that has already been answered. The window period over the exposure 13 months ago isn't extended because you had sex with your partner. However, we can't say you are HIV-negative as you could have acquired HIV afterwards from the ongoing potential HIV exposures you have had from your partner.

28-day ban for continued posting outside of your thread; also, if you come back asking the same questions again, it will result in a further 8-week ban.

You did not get HIV from the condomless sex with the stranger in December 2021.
