Intro - new member, 26 years poz
« on: June 15, 2021, 03:42:33 pm »
Hey everyone, the moderator requested that I introduce myself since I'm a new member to the forum. I've been HIV positive since 1995 and undetectable for many years thanks to treatment. Looking forward to learning and sharing here in the forum!

ojo.          Welcome to the forum…it’s always nice, especially for the new members, to read about each one of us so the newly diagnosed can relate to any of us…I’m, like you, a long term survivor, 27 years since my dx. I read your post about the facial wasting, you know what caused it?, thankfully, I didn’t have that problem I n the face, I had it, but not in the face even though I lived with aids for five more years after my aids dx.

I hope somebody responds to your post on the other forum. Welcome, again and, if you share some more of your story, I’m sure, it will be appreciate it for others, we learn reading our experiences, especially from a person like you whom has been living with hiv for so long…best of luck …hugs
