I am constantly having to make corrections as a medical professional is interviewing me...

My latest is at the Coumadin Clinic, which I have been going to for Three Years: and still they ask me if this is my first visit and do I know how to take Coumadin??

Doctors' Comments On Patient Charts:

"Patient has chest pain if she lies on her left side for over a year."
"On the 2nd day the knee was better and on the 3rd day it disappeared completely."

"The patient has been depressed ever since she began seeing me in 1993."**I love this one-date of my HIV diagnosis**

"Discharge status: Alive but without permission."
"Healthy appearing decrepit 69 year-old male, mentally alert but forgetful."

   Health care is so safe    ::)


     Why do we even wonder  about  if this is true ?
