The only thing that can treat/suppress HIV is Antiretroviral therapy (ART).

And when did I say that HAART wasn't the only thing that can treat or suppress HIV?  I was only telling him that some vitamins were good for the health of HIV positive people. If you're going to moderate an spanish board using google translator you're only showing your ignorance. It is not nice to threat other people for things they didn't say because you clearly don't speak spanish. Do yourself a favor and learn the language or get a moderator that actually speaks spanish and can do the job without offending the users. You're being rude and what you wrote was uncalled-for. I'm a medical doctor in my country by the way. I am not spreading misinformation and I know a lot about HIV. I bet even more than you do. My specialty is not infectology, but I've been with HIV patients and I have given classes about HIV and HAART. I expect an apology. 

By the way. You're replying to an spanish speaking user. He probably does not speak english. I don't think it is appropriate to reply to other users in a language they might not speak. Just saying.

If you disagree or want to clarify something I am all ears and always open to talk however this is simple, we have rules and I asked you to follow them and there is no need to be abusive about it. Just because you speak Spanish does not mean the rules do not apply to you and just because you claim to be a doctor does not mean you get to behave abusive on the forums.

You had been fairly warned and the rules are very clear and posted in both Spanish and English so take your pick and they count for you as well.  I would expect slightly better from someone who claims to be a doctor, let me put it this way I am glad i am not one of your patients and I hope you treat them in a more civil manner and tone.

The problem is you are suggesting that this "they claim" will help fight HIV when it does not and all members here are required to provide proof of such claims, you are simply being held to the same standards that we have for the rest of the members here.
 
You can hide behind Spanish all you like but you have been a pain in the backside, rude little boy since day one and maybe this forum is simply too advanced for you to grasp if you can't read back your own posts.
