Risk, PEP and Testing

Hello ,
first of all i want to thank all the Poz team for the help you provide!

I have two questions, first one about the risk i took and the second about my tests. So let me explain briefly what happened :

10 weeks ago, i visited a massage center in my country, and had protected sex with a worker there, everything was fine until the last position, she started riding me, i finished, but she kept riding until it started hurting me, i asked her to stop but when i withdrew, the condom was not on my penis anymore but stuck on her vagina, she removed it quickly. So i really don't know if the condom slipped before i came and withdrew, or during the withdrawal. (I am circumcised, i don't know if it changes something.)

Anyways, 12 hours later, i started PEP for 28 days. And i did more than 3 tests (4th gen lab test from blood vein)

1st test : 2 weeks after PEP (6weeks post exposure)
2nd test : 4 weeks after PEP (8weeks post exposure)
3rd test : 6 weeks after PEP (10weeks post exposure)

Should i get tested in the future since PEP delays seroconversion or my tests are conclusive ?

I read your post three times, carefully.

I didn't read anything that would be an HIV risk to you, and you have tested, although not needed six weeks after PEP, that also was not required, and the results, of course, were non-reactive

Move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know to avoid HIV infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse correctly and consistently, with no exceptions. Consider talking to your healthcare provider about PrEP as an additional layer of protection against HIV

Keep in mind that some sexual practices described as safe in terms of acquiring HIV still pose a risk for other easier acquired STIs. So please do get tested at least yearly for STIs, including but not limited to HIV, and more frequently if condomless intercourse occurs.

Also, note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms, and the only way of knowing is by testing.

It's me again, sorry to bother you, i forgot some details!

So the doctor who gave me pep told me to test one month after pep and then that's it.
But the french official aids website says 8 weeks after pep (12 weeks post exposure).
As you told me, my situation was not at risk, but let's say the condom slipped before and the situation was at risk, if i was infected, the lab test 6 weeks post pep would be already positive ?

You're welcome but move on with your life.

I'm not going to pretend you needed PEP or testing outside of the yearly routine, and even if you had, then at six weeks post PEP, the result rarely changes, and repeat testing is generally not required.
