a good sourcebook for nutrition / holistic living?

Can anyone recommend a good sourcebook for nutrition and living more holistically (eg meditation etc)?

Your talking about two separate books here.
As for a decent book on Nutrition you may find one listed here
at a website I put up to help people find out about certain vitamins and supplements that are beneficial to people living with hiv.

Check under reading material as I believe the first one listed there is an excellent book.
