Dear Yow...If you are a New York city resident and are concerned with landlord/tenant issues you can contact the Division of Housing and Community Renewal located in Jamaica, Queens...They serve all NYC residents, or contact Tenants and Neighbors association...I am a member and they can be contacted at tenantsandneighbors.org

Location on the profile is Canada, so we will have to rely on our Canadians.  Win
Winthrop Smith has published three collections of poetry: Ghetto: From The First Five; The Weigh-In: Collected Poems; Skin Check: New York Poems.  The last was published in December 2006.  He has a work-in-progress underway titled Starting Positions.
