Feeling Pain on .....
« on: September 25, 2020, 06:43:02 am »
I am hiv +ve since 2016 and taking medicines. My current viral Load is UD and current medicine is Acriptega: Dolutegravir 50mg/Lamivudine300mg/Tenofovir300mg.
I am too much depressed and tense when I was diagnosed +ve. This forum did a great help psychologically and advices made me able to survive and courage to live.
Now, I am in some issue since few days and decided to again get advice from this kind forum. Following is the story.
After a long period, I did sex sessions as bottom with my two gay friends one after the other. They acted as hard fuckers. Although I enjoyed but my hole has got badly swollen, severe cracks and  feeling pain, even after few days, it persists. Sometime bad liquid leakage makes my underwear filthy leaving impact even on pent. So I am using cotton layer inside the underwear. I am very much uncomfortable and feeling pain. I am avoiding to go to doctor due to feeling ashamed to tell him the event. Can anyone suggest some remedy or treatment. If anyone had such bad experience, he may better suggest the remedy.

Hello, my only advice to you is to see your doctor as soon as possible and get carefully examined. You could have superficial wounds to the skin and mucosa, but it could also be a fissure or going even deeper in which case you would need antibiotic treatment to prevent any more serious outcome. Believe me one thing: doctors see patients like you with your story every day. No need to be ashamed. They donít judge you but will do an exam and advice the best treatment to prevent any more serious damage to occur. Best Matt

A fissure could lead to a bacterial blood infection that could be deadly.  You should seek treatment soon.  Once bacteria leeks into the bloodstream, you could quickly develop a life threatening fever.

ojo.        Hi there... definitely it is a fissure, I had one due to a medicine that I took to treat PCP back in 1997, one of the side effects was painful bowel movements, it was awful and caused a fissure that I had fix through surgery...for the leakages I used to wear pads (Kotex), try it and talk to your doctor, donít feel ashamed your health is  the most important thing in your life...best of luck and please keep us posted.     ojo

Hiya,

Just wanted to say sory to hear that you are in pain, I can only echo what others have mentioned about not being ashamed and that doctors see these things all the time.

Hope you get treated and feel better soon.

Thanks for suggestion from all of you friends.
At last, I went to doctor and after check-up, he diagnosed it as Fistula and suggested surgery. So surgery had been done and after two days in hospital, I came back to home. I took bed rest for three day and now I have joined my office with gauze inside the underwear to absorb leakage which has now been reduced. Now I will avoid anal sex
I am thankful to all of you on the forum. This forum always remained too much helpful especially for us who are living in a country where gay-sex is a crime and we can not even discuss such issues openly.
I am actually bisexual but can't declare it openly so living double standard life. Neither I can leave gay sex Nor I can enjoy it fully as to hide even such desires from society and the family. ALAS
