Dr says i'm doing good?
« on: July 25, 2020, 12:18:41 am »
I discovered I had hiv and syphilis. My RPR was 1:128 on 5/6/20 and started on doxycycline 2x a day for 50 days. Got result on 7/14/20 and it says 1:64. The doctor on phone said I'm going in right path. But on the test result chart column it shows 1:64 to be MORE than 1:128?

July 7th was last day on doxycycle and I havent had sex activity with anyone but I do play with myself on and off. 4 days ago I notice when I play with myself on edge of my penis head start to feel burn and numb feeling?

Hi,

It appears that your CD4 is going up and your VL is going down and this is ideal.  I just wish my numbers jumped like many others do.

But I couldn't figure out the real reason for your post but it is always the best advise to talke with your doctor if you are having any pain.  It could be that you are being overly stimulated so it may be better to go a few days without any self pleasure to let youself heal (yes I've had to do that before).

Take care and hope you are having a good day.

Kenneth
