Long term and or side effects of msm supplementation?
« on: April 26, 2020, 10:27:31 am »
Hi everyone!

Prior to my diagnosis I took msm faithfully for joint issues and hair loss. I stopped after treatment began. I recently suffered a shoulder injury while working out and my hair is thinning more in the top now. I think my meds is making it worse so I’m thinking about starting back msm supplements. Wondering if anyone has took msm while taking meds? Also have you been taking a while and how long? Have you noticed any adverse affects or vice versa?

Hi Dallis. I have taken MSM combined with Glucosamine Chondroitin while on meds and immediately noticed a marked improvement in joint mobility. I used the MSM combo for about six months with no adverse effects.
