I知 stuck in Uganda and my drugs runout shortly
« on: April 02, 2020, 02:23:13 pm »
Hello , I am currently on Stribild and my meds run out in 2weeks and there is no way of getting back to England as all flights are cancelled. Is there any online pharmacy that I can order STRIBILD from and get it sent out by DHL or FEDEx? Please I need your help.

I had a bit of a search on line, the only UK pharmacies I could find were charging thousands of pounds for stribild.

It may be worth visiting a local doctor to change your medications to something that can be sourced as a generic online.

Hi,

I'm more or less in the same situation (but a different country).

I cannot get the medication locally, since the country where I'm stuck in encounters financial difficulties and as a result there is a potential shortage on medication.

Consequently, I would like to order online and have the medication delivered with for example DHL or FedEx.

How dit it work out with Chawla Medicos?

I have had contact with different suppliers in India and the general reply is that as a consequence of the Indian nationwide lockdown, the cannot deliver medication at this time.

This might be a severe problem.

Anyway I look forward to hearing from you

Uganda has a national HIV program.  That would be the place to start.

Hello how are you , i am in Uganda too. Very unfortunate however in Uganda you are able to buy ARVs over the counter in pharmacies. And if that isnt an option any facility that dispenses Arvs would be willing to assist as long as you follow the protocols of  testing and counselling free of charge. thank you.
