Got my latest lab results and my cd4 went from 700 to 367 and my cd4% went from 30 to 22....still waiting on my viral load results. Any reason to be alarmed?

Personally, I would not worry unless my VL was over 500's my CD4 suddenly was below 200 (14%). I've dropped more than 300 points myself on an odd occasion and did not blink.

Try to relax, get the full picture with the VL and talk to your doctor.

How is everything else going? How are you feeling?

Best, Jim

I did have a nasty sinus infection a couple weeks ago... Hoping this caused the change in my numbers. I get labs done yearly but after these results that might change. Seeing the doc tomorrow hopefully I'm still undetectable that will definitely ease my mind.

Hiya

Being ill can throw them off from experience.

See how the conversation goes tomorrow. If the VL is okay I would not be worried but that's just me. Maybe they can test an additional time in 6 months for you, even if it's just for peace of mind?

Best, Jim

Agreed... Also dealing with some stress and lack of sleep. Great combination right... Lol. I'll be much more at ease after I see my viral load 😁

Stress and lack of sleep, sorry to hear that, either of those will take a toll and I hope things get better soon.

I'm sure things will be fine, but do keep us posted on how you get on tomorrow.

Best, Jim
