Quick check in
« on: December 03, 2019, 12:43:48 am »
Hey all,

It's been a while since I posted. I'm doing pretty good, aside from a vitamin D deficiency.
All my hair has grown back,  I'm back in the gym, I'm back bowling again! Back to work full time, etc life has pretty much returned to normal.

My recent blood work shown a cd4 count of a whooping 172! I haven't got VL yet but I assume it's UD or close to it  ;D

Hope all my friends on here are doing well

*hugs*

Lefty
