None for me --  Made none last year and I ended up losing 30 lbs!!!  Hope my none-resolution this year takes off another 10-15.

Great job bocker3.  Losing 30 lbs is a great accomplishment.  I just hope it was a wanted lose. 

I'm actually wanting to lose 15-20 pounds and 8% body fat.  It's going to be a bit different as I'm also going to add on muscle so that's why I added in the body fat %.

No extreme resolutions, just a general need to actually go to the gym more (that I pay for each month) and learn the guitar that I intended on playing in the past year but never found the time!

To get my hernia repaired. 

Surgery is scheduled w/the doc in Rockville March 21.  Hopefully it won't snow there like it did last year in March as I'm traveling from Las Vegas.
