Help! How to Exercise after injury?
« on: December 01, 2018, 10:05:55 am »
Hi

I recently injured myself apparently while attempting overhead presses. Donít think ití muscular per docís diagnosis but possibly nerve related from neck down to hand. Was prescribed muscle relaxers and steroid pills. Doc said If that doesnít work, will maybe have to do surgery 😤.  Itís really put a damper on my exercise routine. Anybody have experience with this? Looking for any tips or suggestions?

Not had an issue with that particular injury but had a few over the years. Generally exercise physiotherapists will be able to guide you face to face, better than any forum.
