Watch out Houston men - Houston-area rapist preying on men
« on: December 18, 2006, 08:50:17 PM »
A rapist who preys on young men has struck five times in the Houston area since mid-September, and police said Monday there may be even more victims, but they are too ashamed to come forward.

Full story here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16272695/

Not something I have seen/heard about happening before - can see where victims are reluctant to come forward.  A rape is a rape - hope they catch the bastard soon.
And I wished for guidance, and I wished for peace
I could see the lightning; somewhere in the east
And I wished for affection, and I wished for calm
As I lay there - Nervous in the light of dawn

Lord how I wish I was a teen again. I wouldn't tell, unless it was good sex. Then I would tell everyone.  ;)

It's really no laughing matter but a brutal crime against these young men who will be scarred for life...Unfortunatley in most states a man raping another is not even called rape, by law I believe it is sexual battery or some such interpretation.  Hopefully they will catch this beast, this is not consensual sex, and put him away for a very long time!!!

Sounds eerily similar to an incident that went down with me when I lived in Houston in mid 2000,
I filed a report and its 'on record' as a home invasion,( he kicked my door in)  although this guy had followed me and another guy home from an after hours Gay Bar.  the description is right but this guy would be older now, not in his late teens or 20's even then. Oh and he didnt have a gun, but I did ;)   I doubt I could add anything to an investigation, the victims probablly got a much better description than I did and any info I have is now 6 years old. Ill try to follow this story, it will be interisting to see if its the the guy when they catch him
