Could i have been exposed/infected by HIV?
« on: September 14, 2017, 05:29:55 pm »
Ok so i had a trans escort use a dildo on me. After all was said and done i wiped some of the residue (feces) off the dildo with toilet paper  ( not all of the residue it still had feces on it and was left in the trunk of my car for 24 hours) i came back out of the bathroom and noticed my anal douche wasn't where i put it. I might be paranoid but i used the dildo and douche the very next day. I cleaned the dildo with dove soap and water lightly but it did have feces on it for over 24 hours as previously mentioned before i cleaned it. I also cycled a few water rinses through the douche. Is it possible to have gotten hiv if someone purposely tried to put something in my anal douche or dildo i used them again 24 hours after this scenario? I know it sounds paranoid. (44 days after exposure i developed a rash that lasted 5 days on both my shoulders it was bad. It didn't itch much maybe a little but also the rash happened day after a very hot day with dress clothes on. I also developed cold like symptoms about 2 days after rash started. It started with a runny nose then then the morning after led to very stuffy and feeling unwell perhAps a slight fever for like a day. Also i was around 1 roomate who was sick for about a week before i got sick)

Skip forward 3 months i had an escort use a strap on, on me. Very hard and rough strap on play that left me bleeding for a couple of days when i would go to the bathroom. At one point in time i stuck my hand in something wet on the bed. Perhaps it was semen from a customer a few minutes before i got there. Anyways about 5-10 minutes later i used that hand to lube my anus up and proceeded to masturbate with the same hand.(so worst case scenerio it was hiv contaminated semen that was there for about 10-15 minutes before I put my hand in it then started to use that same hand to lube my anus up before they used strap on and used the same hand to masturbate with without washing my hands) If that substance was semen and it had hiv in it could tranmisssion occur? About 13 days after exposure i developed a rash that itched/PRICKLY FEELING BADLYthat started on my arm and spread to my legs and other arms.ive had the rash for 6 days it's going away but still itches. also about 5 days before the rash started i was in a huge heat wave for about 3 days (so the rash developed about 5-6 days after i had left the high temperatures and on one day i was in wet clothesfor 7 hours because of sweat i had severe cramps i believe from dehydration i was also on 2000mg amoxicillin a day(rash started 4 days after I stopped taking amoxicillin i was on it for about 5-6 days, ibuprofen, hydrocodone for a tooth problem. I know I'm paranoid but could i have been infected this way? I read that you can have delayed reaction to amoxicillin(hadn't taken amox in years) and/or heat rash. Can i please get a realistic assessment of this. Thank you very much for your time!! I'm terrified that i have infected a loved on. Never again in my life will i do this.

Nothing you posted here was any HIV risk at all.

HIV is sexually transmitted inside the human body as in never leaving the coonfids, Once exposed outside the human body the receptors needed to infect are corroded leaving HIV unable to infect you.

Nothing else you posted was relevant, as you had no exposure to begin with and we are not going to pretend it was. Move on with your life.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as Ďsafeí in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.

More information on HIV Basics, PEP, TaSP and Transmission can be found through the links in my signature to our POZ pages, this includes information on HIV Testing

Kind regards

Jim

Also one more thing and I'm sorry for being so paranoid. If the person fingered themselves then fingered me would it be possible to transmit hiv? So to clarify if that substance i put my hand in was hiv infected semen from about 10-15 minutes before and i used that hand to masturbate and lube myself up before they used a strap on, on me it's not a risk? Could the strap on push the fluid further into my rectum? I just want to get this off my chest and the guilt is killing me. I just want tohave peace of mind. Some other online doctor said it could be a risk but most things I've read agrees with you with a few contradictions. I appreciate the time you've given to me to answer my concerns and i hope you have a great day! Thank you!!

I used the hand i put in the unknown substance which could've been hiv infected semen to masturbate with and lube my anus up. That's still not a risk? Sorry for being repetitive this is my last post please don't ban me. Have a good one

Asked and answered.

You had no exposure, HIV is simply not transmitted this way, it does not meet the biological needs for transmission. No "ifs" about it. End of story.

You fears are irrational and I say this from a point of kindness as you just need to move on now and stop focusing/stressing about a problem you do not have that if you post again about this no risk scenario it will lead to a ban.

Jim

Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to a four week Time Out (a temporary ban from the Forums). If you continue to post excessively after one Time Out, you may be given a second Time Out which will last eight weeks. There is no third Time Out - it is a permanent ban. The purpose of a Time Out is to encourage you to seek the face-to-face help we cannot provide on this forum.

Ok please consider everything I say. I saw a CSW (transgendered) I only asked for a massage. I show up they say take all your clothes off so I do but I keep my boxers on and they keep their underwear on. She preceded to giving me a back massage with some type of lube or oil couldíve been sex lubricant idk. I didnít see blood or semen. My question is and please donít just brush it aside and I know it seems crazy but you never know nowadays. What if they wanted to purposely give some hiv or if semen or blood that I couldnít see was in the oil that was rubbed on my back. Because she was having ppl in and out so Iím assuming sheís busy. Could those sexual fluids or whatever be left over and gotten on my skin and given me hiv? Could her sexual fluids go thru my underwear and hers from the penis? She also rubbed my chest a little so we faced each other but she kept trying to kiss me and have me hold her and stuff and I didnít want sex. I had underwear on and they did as wel 100% of the time. Could semen or blood left over from the previous customer say like 10-15 minutes before me in the lube or residue from the sex worker not washing their hands put me at risk if they had dried up semen or something on them then mixed with infected oil or lube whatever they rubbed on my back. They would occasionally thrust a little on my butt but like I said underwear on the whole time both of us. No sex nothing like that. I just want to have peace of mind that what if they put infected blood or semen in the bottle on purpose or if residue from the previous person which wouldíve been say maybe 10-15 minute or they didnít wash their hands and all of the oil or lube used on my back would be possible for transmission. Example of the oil had semen or blood in it like I said or her hands she couldíve not washed them from previous and had anal juices semen or blood on them that I canít see. Please I know I might be paranoid but Iím very worried as I came with a crazy sickness shortly after seeing them but like I said no sex or touching of privateís outside of rubbing with underwear. Like if they purposely put hiv infected fluids into the oil or lube they used on my back and neck. Or left over residue on the bottle from previous person or unwashed hands with bodily fluids that I canít see.

No HIV risk from this whatsoever - None!

Well, it would be a pretty futile attempt as this simply would not lead to transmission of HIV.  To be frank, if she had wanked one out and rubbed it directly onto you it would not be a risk let alone some fluids mixed into the oil.

We have been over similar fears regarding contact with fluids outside the human body. I don't know but maybe the trigger to this fear is some misplaced guilt but whatever the trigger is for this fear, if it keeps happening to you I would recommend you consider speaking to a therapist face to face to help you cope with your fears & thoughts.

Ok Iím just paranoid and yes guilty for things Iíve done but the whole what if the bottle was full of infected fluids and rubbed on me wouldnít matter from what you said. Even if they purposely tried Iíd be ok right? Sorry for asking again Iím just paranoid that the oil or whatever had fluids in it or her hands from the previous customer. Thanks for the reply I appreciate it!

Ok im just paranoid about the whole situation I asked if they had proof they were tested but they said yes just didnít have it with them then they ended up blocking me because I said Iíd pay for the proof so it leads me to believe that they are hiding something and purposely infecting ppl being vindictive for something that happened to them. But like I said nothing sexual aside from being in boxers. Iím just paranoid and yes guilty for things Iíve done but the whole what if the bottle was full of infected fluids and rubbed on me wouldnít matter from what you said. Her HIV status is none of your business and no concern to you whatsoever. You are allowing your fears to control your thought & actions...

Read back the answers from before, because this has truly been asked & answered already and you simply need to apply the answers provided. I say this because asking me repeatedly about contact with trace fluids or fluids outside the human body is not going to change the answer no matter how many times or ways you ask.

To be blunt if I personally wanked one out onto you, onto her, onto the bottle, onto the chair, seat, bed, door knop, toilet seat, bedding, bath towel, the table, the floor   or any other object and you touched it with your skin or rubbed it, handled it, licked it or inserted it afterwards inside one or multiple cavities it would still pose No HIV risk

Move on with your life, and if you keep having this guilt speak to someone face to face before it ends up escalating & controlling you.
