Thanks for the fast reply y'all I was a little confused because I didn't know what >20 meant but thanks for clearing it up for me .... I miss Pittgurl

Additionally -- the non-reactive RPR means you don't have Syphilis!

The <20 means that the assay used for the HIV Viral Load test has 20 as its lower level of sensitivity.  This means that anything between 0-19 copies is not reportable as a number, so they report "<20"
