My niece

For some odd reason ... i feel my niece is not taking her meds properly yes I'm being a concern auntea. ..how can I possibly make sure she on track without her thinking I'm in her personal life...

I thought it was your nephew who was living with HIV.

Anyhow look I am not sure why you think your niece is not taking her meds, but she is an adult in short its not your concern. If you are so worried than ask her but yes the risk is she may well feel that you are crossing the line.

I read your postings and you had mentioned your nephew.
What makes you feel she is not taking medicine?
Japanese National.
Language:  Japanese and English
Reside in TOKYO
Have visited 45 US states, DC, and Guam and Saipan.
Wishing to visit American Samoa someday.

Hey guys sorry for taking to long to reply back but he's a Transgender now... that's why i said niece.. because everytime i reach out to her asking have she taken her meds ... her answer sounds dry then she spend the night over my mom house and i ask my mom did she see her take any meds why she was there ...my mom like no

I'll be honest if someone was checking up with me I would say nothing or "no". That's because its nobodies business but mine.  I'm a bit grumpy in that respect.

Perhaps your niece is taking her meds but does not want someone checking up on her. Look I am sure she can appreciate the concern but would personally just let her manage her own care, but that's just my thinking.

Look,  I know my answers are direct at times but sure no point you stressing about this. You're heart seems to be in the right place, but realistically all you can do is just be there for her if she needs you, and trust her that if and when she needs you, she will let you know.
