Please help assess risk level

I need your help to identify my risk please.

I met a guy on grindr yesterday and I went to his place. At the outset, I should mention that he asked that I bring condoms as he was out of condoms, but I was also a little drunk by the time I got to his place. He was sober and the insertive (top) partner. I was the receptive (bottom) partner.

So we engage in a little foreplay and he puts on condom, but he couldn't get fully erect, and he tries to insert it (penis) in but it didnt really go in. So after a while, he changes condoms (I saw him busy with the box of condoms etc, but didnt really see him put on the second condom as the room was dark).We tried again in missionary for a while but he still couldn't get fully erect, and it couldnt go in (I am not sure how to explain it - I felt pressure and it may have entered (was slightly drunk) but I don't think it entered my sphincter cause there was no initial pain that usually comes with it). After about a minute or two, he still couldn't get fully erect, but I was able to ejaculate and then we stopped.

I asked him if the condom was on at all times and he said yes, with a joke about how unsafe the world is etc. I did see two 'used' condoms afterwards, but did not see him remove them or put on the second condom.

There is a risk that he lied to me and didn't use a condom the second time when I felt there could have been a penetration. Assuming he didn't use a condom, do you think I had an exposure.

I would hate to get infected from a moment when I didn't really have proper sex (if this makes sense) and that is why I am worried. I always try to be safe and have tried PREP in the past (although I stopped because I couldn't handle the fatigue, nausea and weight gain).

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Look its simple if you had unprotected penetration brief or not it was a risk. Only you can tell me what happened I was not in the room.

If you think you had unprotected intercourse than guidelines are to test at 6 weeks past any incident and then at 13 weeks to confirm the result.

Otherwise move on and test as you normally should at least yearly for STI's including but not limited to HIV.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, every time, no exceptions.

Keep in mind that some sexual practices which may be described as ‘safe’ in terms of HIV transmission might still pose a risk for transmission of other STI's, so please do get fully tested regularly and at least yearly for all STI's including but not limited to HIV and test more frequently if unprotected intercourse occurs

Also note that it is possible to have an STI and show no signs or symptoms and the only way of knowing is by testing.
