Hmmm, I'm really not sure if i'm posting in the right place....I'm sure Aunty Ann or Jeff will slap me around a bit if I am not...Thanks guys...
Anyways, i've been on Clonazepam for awhile now, but my doctors want me on something "Longer Lasting" and I didn't want to be on an anti-depressant, so we're trying buspar, which doesn't honestly seem to be doing much, and i'm on week 2 with it. UGH! This.Is.SO.FRUSTRATING. I HATE anxiety, i've had it for years, even prior to DX, and its getting worse, the chest tightness is what I hate, and the not being able to take a deep breath (No heart issues, i've had TONS of those tests, including 10 EKG's 2 Echos, X-Rays, MRI's, Treadmill, 24, and 30 day heart monitors.) Still the Buspar isn't helping, and I really really didn't want to have to move the dosage up to MAX, 3 pills AM and 3 pills PM because well, I like my drinks occasionally, and I really do mean occasionally, like once every 3 months will I have a night where I drink, otherwise, its just water for me. Supposedly Buspar and Alcohol should be "monitored" but really what do you guys think of Buspar if you've had it? Or what worked for you for anxiety-besides self talk, and meditation?

Thanks! :)

Agreed - anxiety bites.

Rilpivirine is associated with anxiety in some - could you talk about trying another combo for a while?
