need advise please help am i at risk

Hello and thank you all in advance for taking the time to read and respond
so on October-23rd-13 i met up with an old friend who i haven seen in years... i'm so scared that i contracted hiv we did some heavy deep kissing he was bitting on my lips sucking them so hard that i bleed a little  i was so into it that i was doing the same i'm scared because i had a cut on the inside of my lip that i had gotten like 2 hours before the incident i'm scared he bleed also since we were being rough and it got on my cut...we also jacked each other off and he came on my hand and on top of my nail which on the side of my nail had a deep cut from pulling out a in grown nail hang nail not sure what u call it I'm so stressed out i haven't felt good since I've had the worst stomach ache/fatigue and feeling restless & also eyes feeling tired even with alot of rest and sleep and also have been getting oral thrush and mouth ulcers since it happened  and today a headache all day your honest opinion what do you think? do you think i am at risk? what is the earliest i can get tested ? i am not sure if i am just making my self feel sick like this by worrying and stressing about it i make my self feel anxious i cant get it out  my head helpppppp please

None of the activities you engaged in were risks for hiv infection.

Kissing, deep, rough or otherwise, is not a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected through kissing and you aren't going to be the first.

Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Stop fretting about the possible presence of blood. Unless you're in the habit of repeatedly punching a person in the mouth before kissing them, there could not possibly be enough blood present to cause concern.

Mutual masturbation is also not a risk for hiv infection, and again, no one has ever been infected this way or through the specifics of your situation where cum got on your hangnails, nicks or cuts on your hands.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted through unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies.

Once outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage hiv and render it unable to infect. For this reason, mutual masturbation, even with cum present, is NOT a risk for hiv infection.

In adults, hiv is transmitted through:

Unprotected anal intercourse.

Unprotected vaginal intercourse.

Sharing drug injecting equipment.

And that's it.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:

You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.

To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED TO TEST FOR HIV SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING KISSING OR MUTUAL MASTURBATION, anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!
