Afraid from HIV
« on: October 08, 2013, 12:28:28 pm »
I am from India.I am really afraid and upset.I went to dubai on business trip in may 2013 and stayed in hotel.I am married and honestly speaking very happy with my married life.I have one son.I do not know what happened at that night,i called for a sex worker, she was from Arab may be from Indonesia or Malaysia.I did not perform vaginal sex and backside sex(Anal).I wear a condom and she sucked my penis only once.

Then i gave my testicles to her mouth. She sucked probably 30sec to one minutes. Then i washed it and start rubbing my penis in the middle of her breast. While rubbing continuously she came out her tongue and my penis urethra touched to her tongue with every rubbing.Suddenly my condom teared and urethra touched to her tongue,i ejaculated my semen from my own hands into her mouth.now i am afraid that may b i can get hiv virus because she sucked my testicles and my urethra touched to her tongue.May be from her saliva i can get hiv.I asked one doctor and he said yes saliva can transmit hiv,i am really really confused and depressed..Please provide me complete risk information.I am really sorry my english is not good because i am from South India (Kerala).

After this incident i felt very bad flu and fatigue also. But now all is undercontrol.
Please awaiting your reply.

Peter.

You didn't have a risk for HIV . The risk factors for HIV are as follows ...

Sharing IV drug needles immediately after use.
Unprotected anal and vaginal sex.
Mother to child during or shortly after birth
Very specific healthcare situations.

ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT NEED HIV TESTING AT THIS TIME for this incident , anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.

Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.

Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

Dear Experts,

Consider that while she was sucking my testicles lets suppose it, there were any small cuts on my testicles because of itching and also let suppose while she was sucking my testicles, if there were some blood in her mouth then is it possible to transmit HIV.Please confirm.

It is absolutely not possible to get HIV from having your penis and testicles sucked. There are no caveats to this.
"Many people, especially in the gay community, turn to oral sex as a safer alternative in the age of AIDS. And with HIV rates rising, people need to remember that oral sex is safer sex. It's a reasonable alternative."

Dear Experts,

Many thanks for your e-mail.But i am little confused regarding the symptoms.

After this incident 4-6 weeks i had a very bad flue with running nose..Then I realized i had less fever also around 100.Then i felt start coughing.I did not take any medicine for all these but only take one cough syrup.I think after one week all these disease vanished and i did not go to any doctor. Then i felt started itching on my face but i did not itch because i was afraid if i do itching then might b it will become rashes and i was also feeling some muscular neck pain.I took some pain killer and did massage for neck. After some days i felt better. After one month i felt 2 sores at the end of right side of my tongue.I took medicine and these sores vanished.

Once the flu and cough finished i felt fatigue and felt drowsy also.May b i thought my blood pressure was increased then i went to doctor he checked my blood pressure and he told me you pressure is ok 130/80,so these weakness and daizyness is due to some other reason. These are the issues that i thought may be i am get infected by HIV,so in the light of above facts which i have explained you kindly confirm and solve my ambiguity in details.

Peter.
