Interesting reading that low levels of vitamin D associates with increased risk the of having low CD4-counts and increased inflammatory markers! Also, vitamin D is known to have immunoregulatory properties - this may be beneficial in the scene of a HIV infection. guess I need to go out in the sun - or maybe even better eat some fatty fishs, as the omega-3 content in the fatty fish will give me a more heart-disease friendly lipid-profile.
