back with anxiety devil

hi  guys,, you are doing amazing job, you were very helpful to me in 2012.
last year i had a condom break incident got tested at 3 months mark and was tested negative, with your valuable suggestions  and support , I was able to  pass through that tough time of my life.
I   maintained abstinence from sexual activity all this while, until very recently.
i met a online friend for first time, her status is unknown, could not control myself, kissed her on lips, fingered her pussy for some time, no oral sex, rubbed my penis between her butt cheeks ( away from anus), then we had vaginal sex with condom, my penis was 3/4 covered with 1'- 2' reservoir tip  ,could not penetrate more than 2' because of half erection and it was(vagina) very tight and i finshed it,but she did not.
second time i was not able to penetrate at all, tried in many ways, but could not. So she gave me a hand job.
During the act checked condom regularly. but as far as my knowledge goes it was intact. but my anxiety kicked in after 7days. i had cold and my throat was paining and my right tonsil and my right hand is paining. i am allergic to many things and suffering from flu for some time.
anxiety has taken a toll on my health last year ,and still have side effects of it till now, back to same  problem again anxiety is killing me. i have even asked the girl about her status. she said she was clean, but i am not sure.
I don't think i will ever have a normal sex life again with this anxiety.
my problems are:
1) when tried to penetrate second time, she held my penis hard and she has figure nails, i doubt that her nails might have damaged the condom, which i might have not noticed.
2) i did not find much of vaginal fluids.

RP, you are worrying needlessly. Sexually the only confirmed risks for the sexual transmission of HIV are unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse. You would have known if the condom failed because it's very visible to the naked eye.

So nothing you did put you at risk for HIV. Let your unwarranted fears go and get on with your life. Period. There is no need for HIV testing.
