Good Doctor in NYC?
« on: March 07, 2013, 06:37:23 PM »
Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good doctor/facility in NYC.  I'm looking for a  nice and caring place.  Not looking for a free clinic type of place (no offense at all to anyone). I have United Healthcare insurance.   I currently go to Northsore out on Long Island but the commute is a pain.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I don't know what area you are in but Montefiore North has some pretty good ID docs.... and they take UHC.

Dr Dennis Miller at 4 East 76th St.  He has a small practice - lots of personal attention and he is a sharp guy.  I have been with him for 7 years.  212-472-1237.    May have to check on him taking UHC, but he is worth a call.  His assistant's name is Lynn.

Dr. David Rubin in Queens.  He is right on the service road of the LIE and Main St.  Head of the department in NY Hospital of Queens.  Takes UHC. Really good doctor.
Check him out.
