Fosamprenaivr + Norvir v Kaletra, not much to choose except Fos can be used with no or (better) 1/2 the Norvir that is in Kaletra. The rate of gut upset seems about the same.

Reyataz may be used without Norvir at a slightly higher dose. It can be used this way with Kivexa and, with caution, with Truvada. Reayatz is generally not recommended used without Norvir when combined with Truvada because tenofovir, one of the drugs in Truvada, can lower the level of Reyataz at the end of each dose to a useless level. But if your bilirubin (the liver enzyme that causes yellowing) is high this indicates that your are keeping Reyataz in your body longer, so may become an option.
