My mother was asking me about it. She had some she wanted to give me.

If I can get as good or better results as I do with fish oil with fewer capsules a day, I'm all for it!

You might find this little piece of Norwegian research interesting. The message is: if you take omega-3 oil while your blood sugar is elevated (e.g. from eating food with plenty of carbs), the positive effects of omega-3 are severely diminished, and the fish (and by extension: krill) oil will have the same effect as eating butter. Instead you should probably take omega-3 oil for example just before bedtime or at least at other times, where you're in a semi-fasting state.
