Looking for love
« on: May 30, 2011, 07:20:42 PM »
Hello ladies itís been a long time I am back here because I am through a really hard time now. I have been separated from my husband for 3 years now last month he had his immigration interview and like a fool I went and I lied for this man who kicked me out on the street 3 years ago the day before the 4th of July in 2008. He kicked me out in a metropolitan city without no regards to rather I lived or died, but still after 3 years when he needed me I came running. I would like to think I donít know why I did it but in truth I know I did it because in 3 years no man has asked me out, talked to me, touched me, or even showed the slightest interest of wanting to get to know me more and I am so lonely that I tried to create something that I already knew was based on a lie. So after I am embarrassed myself once again by listening to this manís lies. I have finally filed for divorce and mailed out the papers to him last week so hopefully soon this nightmare will be over. But for the future it still seems bleak every day I cry because  I see myself alone and I donít know what it is about me that no man is interested in. But I have come a long way from 3 yrs ago but the truth is am lonely and need some companionship so I go on these dating websites and register but I sit in think is it my plot in life to always be the one outside looking in, should I give up on my dreams of a man who I love and loves me back, for a child that no one on earth would love or want more. So I am reaching out for support I need help to get through this and find happiness again.

Hi Positivelybeautiful,

If you are looking for love, start by loving your self. Yes you are HIV positive; but first of all you are a woman. Because you are a woman, you deserve all things beautiful, but these can only come to you if you love yourself. When you love yourself, you are confident....and believe me, confidence in self can make you irresistible.

As for the ex, good for you you finally got rid of him! That's a start! From there, I am sure you are going to move on to finding what you are looking for.

Take it a day at a time....and be positive about it too!

You are just as good and beautiful as anyone else, don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

the fact that your husband treated you the way he did and you supported him after that just shows that he missed out on a great relationship!!

Don't give up, you deserve so much more.
