Google translator should help, but anyway, it basically says that a government official (quite an irresponsible one) "had heard from someone" at the school that he might have had HIV, so the journalists who printed the story "misunderstood him". Indeed, there was no mention of HIV in the letters and videos left by the killer, he just talks about religious things, blaming the people who bullied him before. Not only that, it seems that he was even a virgin. Psychiatrists analyzing the case believe he was delusional due to schizophrenia.

And yes, I'm HIV+, just diagnosed, actually. Still trying to face the wave, but reading the info here has helped a bit.
