Long and painful battle
« on: December 24, 2008, 12:02:39 AM »
I am ashamed to know that this comes from some politicians in the country I am living in. However, I am not ashamed that my friends and I are going to fight through this as long as we live.

This piece of news came out recently in our local newspapers and it has brought much dissappointment and anger to the HIV community here. I am appalled at the ignorance level these people have and to have used the word "breed" on us as human beings is certainly a big blow of insult to us.

Malaysian Network of Positive People (MY PLUS) and Malaysian AIDS Council have written our views and letters to the papers on this matter.

Many people have also written their replies / opinions to be published in the papers regarding this issue.
You can also do so (showing your support) by writing to - news@nstp.com.my
