hello all - i haven't posted for a while , hope you are all well ?

its 1 year today since i boshed my first ARV ! must say, i feel great, having said that i never did feel sick

Thanks for everyones support, its not been an easy year , but then again, nobody said it would be easy

latest results are V/L undetectble, CD4 600 ish

to all people who are about to start meds, dont be scared, dont freak out, take them like vitamins and in conjuction with your healthy diet and excercise routine - all will be fine

i take Kelatra with combivir , yeah yeah i know, i should ditch the combivir right ? but it works for me , so the way i look at is that i wont change until i need to

my only slight issue is with some stomach problems sometimes from the kaletra , but nothing that a couple of bananas cant solve

i live in the far east , andn combivir & kaletra is still one of the preferred regimens, although i could probably switch to truvada and sustiva if i wanted. Maybe in the new year

good luck to anyone starting meds - i think you might find that it is all a big anti climax
