I got a chill and I am just giddy
« on: November 04, 2008, 08:33:48 AM »
This election season I have cast two historic votes one for the first female that had a legitimate chance of becoming president and the one I cast a little over an hour ago (7:20am) for the next President of the United States Barrack Obama.  I must say that I got a little chill as I put my ballot in the machine.  And now I am just giddy.  Bill Clinton's victory in '92 was great because it had been so long since the democrats had won, but this is completely different.  It is much more monumental and signifies something far greater than just a democrat winning.

If you haven't voted yet do it early so you don't mess around and miss a chance to be part of history.

It is exciting.

But, I think we have to hold our politicians to their promises.  And, more importantly we have to demand that they get real about health care in this (USA) country.

Toast to the election, to change, to end of war, end of HIV, and to demanding that our politicians, no matter who they are, make these changes we demand.

Tested Positive 10 Sept 2008.
24 Sept 2008:  CD 4: 23;   1%;  VL: 770,709
1st Oct 2008:  Started Atripla

1 March 2009:  CD 4: 91; 8%, VL: 49 (undet)
1 June 2009:  CD 4: 164; 11%, VL: 61
8 July 2011:  CD 4: 286; 17%, VL Undet
28 Oct 2011: CD 4: 346; 21%, VL Undet
2 Mar 2012: CD 4: 316; 20%, VL 6800 (probably an error)
12 Apr 2012: CD 4: 333; 21%, VL Undet
