oh shit,,,, now I have an all day crying spell
« on: July 18, 2008, 02:01:18 PM »
Started this morning with coffee, the neighbor said oh you just got up. that was 6:30 I had been up for a couple of hours already. Then my grandson came over and I started again. Then his mother called and said she was picking him up early and I havent stoped since.
I hate this I just sit in my bedroom and cry. I do not want to go to the hospital again, that is what happened last time this went on. They put me in the hospital because I could not stop crying or get out of bed. I am afraid, and want this to just stop.

Hi Peter,

I'm really sorry to hear that your depression is beating you around so much.

I'm sorry I can't stop your crying for you, and believe me I've been there. But I hope that you find that something inside that says "I remember the real me". That sometimes works for me.

I hope you can feel less sad soon. I'm thinking of you.
