hiya, i'm on sustiva and kivexa and have today taken my pills about 3 hours late. should i be concened?

It's best to take your meds on a regular schedule so it becomes a habit and you will be less likely to forget to take them. 

Having said I agree with Betty completely that there is no harm if every once in a while you take a dose later than normal.

dang it...I can't remember if I took my blood pressure pill at 6 am. I remember thinking about it, and going in that direction. It's not that I'm worried about missing the pill as am worried about missing my mind/memory, especially since I am to start taking Viramne at the same time and this mental anguish..did I take it?...well, did I?... I guess I will have to get out this pill box, my grandmother used to use, and chalk up another one for 'old age' ::)

I use one of those too.  Mine is a weekly one with a separate compartment for am & pm.
