Hi Friends, To anyone who has the extra fat on the back of neck , upper back..could u feel it coming before it was an actual mound?...for some reason i think i may be getting it but im not sure and noone seems to notice it but me...

I notice when fat is accumulating because exercise and dance make my body feel different--- I actually feel the fat moving (you know: jiggling). I'm guessing that most people are not as observant as we think. Even when I had a large "hump" waiting to be taken off through liposuction, most people I talked to had no idea what fat I was pointing to about even when I showed it to them.

That was 6 years ago, and I now feel the fat starting to grow again along my back, neck and at my diaphragm. I hate that, but again only my doctor has said he sees the mounds I feel internally and can pinch.

Thanks hartie...i dotn want to be paranoid but i feel it mostly when i am slouching..then when i try to correct my posturei dotn feel anything...maybe i need to get my fat ass back to the gym...lol
