fatty tissue above penis-Anyone else?
« on: January 30, 2008, 02:55:56 PM »
Back in 2006 & 2007 there was discussion about Lipomas in the Pubic regions, I also suffer from this and many other areas affected by Lipoatrophy and lipodystrophy. Has anyone yet had this removed from the Pubic areas? I saw many people had planned on getting this removed.

Hi Sad,

Have you read this thread...

HIV is certainly character-building. It's made me see all of the shallow things we cling to, like ego and vanity. Of course, I'd rather have a few more T-cells and a little less character. Randy Shilts

Yes I read that thread and it had been more than 60days since anyone replied to that thread and the system  suggested starting a new one. Thanks for the reference.

I have fat on my pubic mound but it does not bother me as much as on my neck/double chin area.  I am overweight anyway.  I've always had a small ass, so I have no fat there.  I also have a reasonably  flat chest.

I am top heavy anyway and carry the weight pretty well.  People usually are surprised when I tell them my weight.  They usually guess 25 pounds less than I am.

I've only had one rude comment about the fat in my chin/neck area.  An non-American guy at an oil change place asked me why my neck was swollen.

I know you have a little life in you yet.
