Mmmmmm, That's A Good Cookie!

Recently I've been reconnecting with friends of mine from my distant past. You know how it is; one of you moves and you lose contact.

One of these friends I found out married and he and his wife started a business serving all organic, non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) cookies using fair-trade ingredients. They are mostly still only available on the East coast but their certainly growing in leaps and bounds.

Forgive me for this shameful plug but, the brand is called Liz Lovely and I would like to encourage you to check out their website if you are interested here, http://www.lizlovely.com/. They're available at many vendors including some Whole Foods stores and many natural foods oriented business's.

He just sent me a batch of 'em and YUM! Chocolatey goodness!  ;D

He also sent me a disc of some new music he produced himself and (my favorite) an old cassette of some tunes that he'd put together with a friend when he was 15! Mind you, at 15 he was one of the youngest guys in the world who had third-stage testicular cancer. He's turning 30 in just a few days. I'm very proud of him and he's an inspiration to me for sure.

Got milk?  ;D
Let us cavort like the Greeks of old! You know the ones I mean.
