i moved from Illinois to Michigan and am on Illinois ADAP.  I still drive two hours to Chicago for Dr visits.  I am arranging to start seing Drs here in Michigan but My husband added me to his health insurance.  He is a business owner making between 40 and 60,000 a ayear.  My question is, will I qialify for mivhigan ADAP or co-pay or can I transfer my illinois ADAP over here?  Its good till next April.

Anyone ever experinced this?

I've moved from one state to another while on ADAP, but you don't really "transfer" it because income qualifications vary from state to state.  You must re-apply in your new state of residence.

From what I can tell you should be safe as Michigan's income cut off is slightly higher than Illinois (450% v 400% of federal poverty level).  As for other details you should contact Michigan's ADAP office.
