Can anyone suggest a worthy charitable foundation that provides financial assistance to low and middle income Americans living with HIV?

Are you looking to receive assistance or make a donation ....I'm not certain which based off of your post.

You may want to start here though http://directory.poz.com/

I'm interested in making donations.  Our community has been economically marginalized, forcing many to live off the grid in order to maintain access to ADAPs or other social programs.  http://directory.poz.com returned an error message when I tried it.

I'm sorry the link didn't work, but iut is from the home page of Aidsmeds which has a menu bar on the top right hand corner where you will find ASO directory.

I'm suggesting that you may want to look at a local place in your area as they will be grateful for your help and you will be assisting those right where you live.
