Hello folks,

Many of the old timers here might remember me and many might have suspected that I had fell victim to a tragic gun cleaning accident. Alas, Nick is alive and is now living near the Kenyan border.

It has been a long strange trip for the Nickster and he hope to recount it for you at some point in the future.

As an aside, I would like give a big thanks to Tim AKA Moffie and all the other fine folks here. Without y'all I probably wouldn't have made it.

The people in the village near where I live greet each other with the single word, "Mulembe"; it means "Peace". Nick has found peace here.

Mulembe to all of you.

YAY! I thought that was you when I approved your account for activation the other day. I've been waiting for you to turn up and I'm so glad you did!

So how's Kenya? Big change from Alaska, eh?

It's really good to hear from you Nick.  :-*

Well hi there...it's so good to see you back, and by all accounts in great health, there are a few around here who have missed the "Nickster" I can tell you.

Kenya, what a beautiful place, I lived in East Africa (Mombasa) for a while, pure white sand, surf and going on safari..it didn't get any better than that.

Great to have you back.

Edited to say I just rememberd some Swahili...Habriri gani...I think it means how are things..but don't quote me on that... :D

Wow Nickster,

The last time I remember hearing from you, you were trekking through the wilds of Alaska!

How you ended up in Kenya has got to be a wonderful story and I can't wait to hear about it.

I'm glad you are back. Mulembe to you too.

Hey...it's the nickster!

And you're back!  Yeah.  You have stories and we have ears.  In fact we're all ears.  Put the Glock aside and start writing.  We need our fix.  It's been a long time.

And thanks for the nice note to Tim (Moffie).  If anyone can bring him back, it's you.
