Personal thoughts on HIV/AIDS
« on: April 03, 2007, 05:21:55 AM »
I was asking some great deal of questions since..............
And you people helped me so much...............with all of your answers.....
For those who does not know yet , I felt powerless and naked  due to a fact that I have lost almost all my life weapons.

A sword                           Job

A shield                            Money

A spear                         Sex  w. wife(possibility for kids to become an orphans)
and a role of a husband

A helmet                          Constant fear due to a social stigma and disclosure
                                     in a country like Serbia

But it seems to me that something emerge from a darkness , a kind of measures needed to resolve a problem ..............and here they are :

1. You have to create a different kind of reality - the one that you will be feeling comfortable in................to cut all non-necessary relationships and focus to the main things...........( Thanks you Christine)

2.You have to be persistant with yourself in all matters that can bring good to you , and nonstop improvement seeking ( talking with your doc , additional  info , ...........)- ( Thanks Val )

3. You have to point your possible anger or fear  to a path where it could be doing benefits to you and not destroying you..............( and it is the path that you must find for yourselves)

4.In order to survive you have to embrace death possibility with both your hands , walk through it , and let it be..............this last one is the hardest ( by my op pinion ) because it is a life stressed situation that can occur for a neg. persons in a rare occasions ( war , hijacking , ..........)

I`m struggling still and the hardest struggle is with your own demons....

Any thoughts and advices will be more than welcome in order to affirm or to reject these thoughts of mine

(since we in Serbia do not have any social-psycho support )
