HIV Services in Chicago, Illinois

Hi guys,

I'm 23 and in college finishing my bachelor's.  I live in Chicago and am poz :.  I am taking the summer off from school (since they only offer loans for the summer semester and that is a BAD deal you know).  I am looking for a job.  I am living with my boyfriend and am not homeless or anything.  But my medical insurance through school ends as of the end of May.  I am broke.  Is there any organization that can hook me up with a job for the summer or something?  How do I get medical treatment if I don't have insurance?  Do I apply for Medicaid or just go through the county health department to get Ryan White or something?  Can people who are unemployed with HIV get food stamps?
Are there any services specific to Chicago and Illinois that you guys know of?
I'd really appreciate any help.  Thanks!

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57
