Opportunity to visit Ireland
« on: January 19, 2015, 05:03:28 pm »
Just heard some news about a possible vacation to Ireland, from the US.  Can I enter the country or is there a restriction against HIV+ people from entering the country?

Enjoy your trip! Take your meds, you are on meds right? You have absolutely nothing to fear.

Yaaay!  Thanks britchick!!  If plans goes through I hope it will be a great experience!  I'm going to have to check out some Rick Steves European Tour guides and see the main attractions.  I've heard it's very beautiful there :)

Cheers!

Go, enjoy, leave any worries behind.  Oh, and make sure to visit the Cliffs of Moher - still the most beautiful and serene place I've ever visited.

Ditto.

I was in Ireland for eight days in November and loved every minute of it.  Surprisingly the food, not to mention the pubs, was wonderful.  You will find it friendly.
