But I'm doing  good.due to I've not went to any of the hospital in Nigeria I still  have my medicine with  me hoping I will  travel  to Thailand  before  this lockdown situation. Is the problem being identified by the national health authorities  if tested in Nigeria?
What about private labs, can they test for Viral Load? CD4?
Private hospital?

The meds you take should be widely available in Nigeria.  Does the local pharmacy have them?  Do you need a prescription?  Is sourcing the meds a problem or just getting labs?

It doesn't look like Thailand will be opening any time soon.   And if it does, only with other countries with no Covid19 onward transmission.  (They are discussing with Vietnam for example.  It is doubtful that tourists from Nigeria will not be allowed until there  is a vaccine widely available.

Thanks for your  reply  expert1.  Though I think I'll  visit one of the hospital that gives ARV medication .but the medication they're giving  here is different from mine. Here in Nigeria they give a single  dose of (TLD) ACRIPTEGA generic form.i don't know if possible  I can change to this regimen without any problem.

You should be able to change to that as 2 of the drugs in the combo are similar to recover em, the only one different is that dolutegravir which is an integrase inhibitor.  It usually is well tolerated.  It is a solid combo pill.

You should check you viral load if possible. Or you CD4 just to make sure your current meds are effective.

Also recheck liver, kidneys. I don't know if you have independent labs there.

Pretty much Thailand has shut down international travel.

Thanks expat1 for your advice,  I appreciate your concern. I think I have to change  medication here in Nigeria  hence my cd4 and viral load is undetectable.
But before changing I've do the cd4 and viral load text  right??

Yes.  You want to make sure the viral load is still undetectable, if yes then you can make the change without much worry.  If it is detectable, then your  options are narrower as you would have to get a new combo with at least 2 new drug that are active against whatever mutant type it is.

CD 4 just make sure over 350.
