Title: Pre-exposure prophilaxis
Post by: sharedStrength on February 01, 2008, 04:53:31 pm
Here is an article that talks about pre-exposure prophlaxis (the potential future strategy of taking anti-HIV meds to prevent HIV infection). It's still not known what will come of this research, and whether it will lead to something safe and helpful. Still I thought this might be of interest to some of us, especially those in serodiscordant relationships.

PS--I hope it is okay to post such links on this forum (I am a "newbie" poster here). I read the Welcome Thread and didn't see any prohibition.
