I work in cyber security and am very skeptical of the security on specific pages. Question is how good is their security. POZ has been around for a long time. The worse thing you'd want with a new site is the have ur data breached. Here is s link to one of their pages. Sounds like they market meds to you https://www.myhivteam.com/about

In all fairness there are tones of HIV sites on the web, some good and some terrible, some free to use and others with membership fees, advertising or data mining and/or a combination of all of the above. Nothing in life is truly "free" and the internet is no different.

I also guess it depends what you are looking for and willing to give to get what you want out of it.
