Well for a start you could check if the condom broke or not and you could ask your partner about their HIV status and if relevant their viral load.
If you can't or won't do those, you could see your doctor urgently to get a one month course of antivirals (post-exposure prophylaxis) but you would need to show to your Dr that you were at risk.

... Oh no...Now you are going to upset someone.
If he's clean (STI/HIV negative) and I have HIV I must be dirty ??

Look I am living with HIV however I am not dirty.

If your that concerned simply test at 6 weeks past and then at 13 weeks to confirm the result.  You can read about testing here:HIV Testing (https://poz.com/basics/hiv-basics/hiv-testing)

To be honest you should be testing for all STI's including HIV yearly anyway as your sexually activate. As for PEP that's up to you if you want to take it not if you do want to take PEP you should start taking this as soon as possible after exposure starting no later than 48-72 hours post exposure. It's up to you at the end of the day to decide to take PEP for this incident.  In my signature you can find links on PEP.

Look at the end of the day even if he was tested for HIV today all it means is that he was negative 6 to 13 weeks ago. So it's pointless instead focus on knowing your own HIV status, get a full check up yearly at least and continue practicing safer sex.

You did not insult me but I can't speak for the rest. I pointed it out as you also have a Nephew who is living with HIV and if he ever heard that type of thinking/talk it could be very upsetting to him.

As for the incident you had,  my advice is simply focus on continuing to practice safer sex and get tested yearly for all STI's including HIV.
