Title: Guidance required to get access to a medical treatment

Hi eveybody:

I just arrived two weeks ago  to Sacramento, California  from Mexico to work as a contractor for an american company but hired  by an mexican company. I have a work VISA TN (the nonimmigrant NAFTA professional). I have been  HIV infected since five years ago (since 2006). I don´t have an valid insurance policy in USA and I want to get my medical HIV treatment.  I know that an insurance policy is required but I don´t the procedure to get one. Can anybody give me guidance to get acces to my medical HIV treatmen please. I still have medication for two weeks that I brought from Mexico.
