When I worked in a coffee place, I used to tell people that their credit cards were declined or that the bill they handed me was counterfeit.

My personal best was in 2003... I told my friend that some guy she'd slept with had herpes.  She lost her shit... and I laughed so very hard.

God, I love this day.
